The Utah Arts Council's main offices reside at the Glendinning
Home next to the Governor's Mansion on South Temple. The Alice
Gallery is named after Alice Merrill Horne, who founded the Utah
Arts Council in 1899. The gallery exhibits work from the State
Fine Arts Collection and a variety of group shows featuring artists
from Utah.

The non-profit Art Access Gallery, located in the eclectic warehouse
district of Salt Lake City, shows the work of established and

Art at the Main is a non-profit corporation sponsoring an artists’
co-operative gallery for emerging Utah artists. We contribute
to public arts education by giving demonstrations, teaching classes,
and supporting school art and Library programs. Original watercolors,
oils, acrylics and pastels, and our reasonable prices give the
visitor a chance to own beautiful, locally-created works of art.

The Brushworks Gallery was founded in 1976 and since has shown
a wide variety of contemporary and traditional artists. By featuring

The Art Barn is located in Reservoir Park, near the University
of Utah, and has long been a gathering place for the arts. Contemporary
work by local artists is exhibited year-round in the Finch and
Park Galleries and admission is free. Home of the Salt Lake City

The Pickle Company, facilitated by TRASA urban arts collective,
is a multidisciplinary arts center located in the industrial Granary
